Went to buy a bicycle for my daughter, explained it was for Xmas and dealt with Aubrey, he was pleasant polite and very helpful. Even offered to keep the bike until Xmas to be helpful. Very impressed would highly recommend.

"open till 5:30 saturday" got there just before 5 and its shut. the old guy in there is nice and helpful but really the products are overpriced a lot

Minus stars - The worst shopping experience ever!!! The price of item said 5.99, took it to the till to pay, the price became 8.97 - then you get told to take it or leave it, when another item was picked with sticker for 8.99, shop assistant said 11.99 - when asked why this is so, shop assistant advised in a very rude way - that he couldn't care less what the sticker said!!! the price is whatever he says it is and take or leave it! I cannot believe such person has been hired to do such a job, who does not know the 1st thing about consumer rights - What a Plonker!!
