The level of unprofessionalism was dissappointing. I was stood waiting to pay for my food for 6 or so minutes whilst the staff just stood behind the counter chatting, for the guy to serve me only to turn to his colleague and have a go at him because he forgot my slice of cake. It really didn't bother me, I just didn't like the fact that it was almost silent whilst it all happened.
In my opinion they have the nicest coffee blend in town.
My latte was disappointing. In fact the worse. Couldn't drink it.What has happened here? It used to be fine. Maybe cutting too many corners in the quality department.Could do better.
Love this chain. But this one was one of the best. Always a nice touch too
My new favourite coffee shop, only discovered this today and they have a far better selection of 'different' foods such as the chicken medley flat bread, which is very tasty, and unlike Neros etc. it comes with some lettuce and dressing on the side. I am very fussy about my coffee and this was really good. Nice and cool with air conditioning inside and nice relaxed ambience. Reasonably priced food and definitely worth a visit if you have not been there yet.
