I have never written a review before for anything but have been so impressed with the service I have received I couldn't not write one.I recently bought a car from Keith Motors which my family and I loved. Unfortunately, the gearbox developed a fault shortly afterwards. I informed them of the fault and they immediately endeavoured to reassure me that I would be taken care of. They have proven themselves to be true to their word. They offered to repair the fault, replace the car with a similar one or give me my money back. They even gave me a courtesy car whilst I decided. In short I have been treated exactly as I would have wished. As Gary the Sales manager said ' mechanical things occasionally go wrong, the measure of the business is how the issues are dealt with'. Keith Motors have measured up exceptionally well. Despite the issues with the car I would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future or recommend them to a friend. Outstanding service. Dr. A.
