Receptionist gave me a strike, despite calling the day before to cancel an appointment. Then told me if I even try to cancel an appointment they won't see me. When I asked why, as I only had one strike, she said I had two due to an unattended appointment in 2017, which I never booked. I only found out about them this year and was using a private dentist in 2017! I said that's ridiculous and she then told her manager I was abusive for calling the situation ridiculous and they struck me off! At first she wouldn't even tell me why, until pointed out that if your refused NHS care, you're entitled to know why!
I recently had a 3 session root canal procedure here. The staff are friendly and the work was painless and quick! Id happily recommend this dentist.
Didn't seem to care about me as a patient. Quoted ridiculous costs as I felt they didn't want to do the job Previous fillings fell out after 6 months. Generally poor bedside manner as not interested if it hurt.Moved to New dentist locally who is world's apart

I have nothing but praise for Verwood Vaccinations! My husband, my daughter and I went along on Saturday afternoon to have vaccinations for our holiday to Cuba. Mo was brilliant! My daughter is very nervous of injections, but he put her completely at ease, in fact she said it was "the best injection" she had ever had! He was informative and put us all at ease and gave us lots of additional holiday advice. I would thoroughly recommend going there!
