I regularly visit the Ringwood club and must say I love it! The staff are great, the facilities are quality and very well maintained and the club has a lovely family feel. I have taught my daughters how to swim and my nephew how to fish within the club so many memories made! I have been a member for over 20 years and can safely say I will maintain a membership for years to come.
A really friendly club with great facilities and excellent staff. Whether you're doing a class, going for a swim, or just having breakfast beside the lake, it's always worth a visit.
I had a weeks pass, I WON it ! loved it the classes, easy to book , join in ! Brilliant KIDS CLUB my 3 boys loved it aged 6,7 &11. Clean club lovely swimming pools & friendly team at every point of my visit, lovely fresh local healthy food in the restaurant in a relaxed atmosphere. Very sad it was only a weeks enjoyment. Excellent facilities and friendly staff but unfortunately you will often be 'in the queue' or 'on hold' for between 20 -30 minutes when trying to get through on the telephone. Not good at all. If the 'on hold' music could be changed, that would be helpful as it is grating, scratched and only adds to the frustration of trying to get through.
The club has a well equipped gym and spacious studios for classes which are brilliant. All the staff are lovely from the receptionists, bar staff, trainers and the cleaners. Always so welcoming and happy. The club has a great family feel to it and everyone is super friendly. The club room is good and the food is brilliant and great value for money. The pool area is lovely especially in the summer..you feel like your on holiday! I would always recommend David Lloyd Ringwood to friends and family!
