Poor customer focus. I used this company to buy my house several years ago. The bill came in somewhat higher than anticipated. I contacted them recently to notarise some documents (for which I was prepared to pay). They refused to do this as I was not an "active client". I can assure them that with that attitude I nver will be an active client and adivse anyone else to avoid them.
Everything that this firm have dealt with for us has been excellent and Mr Wyatt always so helpful.
Great price with better service!I used Dixon and Templeton for the lease of my commercial premises to my delight. Deanne was professional and friendly. they quoted me a price in which they stuck too even after dealing with some very hard to work with solicitors from the other side. All in all i would recommend there services to anyone and i will be using them from now on
Terrible Solicitors the slowest company ever in my opinion!....Mr Wyatt is one of the worst Solicitors I have ever had the Misfortune to have had to deal with .
