Very helpful staff, quite a wide range of books, well laid out and tidy. Not a great selection of DVDs though.

I take my 4 year old daughter every week to get new books for the week. She gets two every night and it is one of her favourite parts of the week. She chooses the books herself and spends atleast an hour doing so!She also gets one DVD each week! She is at her happiest surrounded by books.
I have been visiting this library on a regular basis since I moved to Ringwood in June 1994. The building is situated about a mile from my home and I learned to walk again after a serious illness by visiting the library (sometimes five days a week), reading the books and having a rest, then walking home again. Over a period of time this has strengthened my legs. The illness took away the use of my hands and the various staff were very considerate in tying my shoelaces when necessary in the early years. I have found the staff professional, helpful and friendly over the years and the library has played an important part in my life in various ways e.g., educational, recreational and lately by the use of the computer. There is a good selection of books available to borrow and the library contributes an important part of Ringwood life.
