Great little place we stumbled on for a quick stretch of the legs
Ideally situated to take walks in the New Forest, between Rockford, Linford, and Linwood and a circular route can be achieved starting from the car park, by using the numerous pathways available. There is a fantastic sand dune right next to the car park which young or old would enjoy and although the parking lot is rough and ready, it is a very needed place to leave your vehicle, whilst enjoying what this area of the forest has to offer. Great facility to use, recommended.
Really enjoyed sitting by the river, watching the fish and pony's as the world went past. Time to relax and unwind.

Love this place, great day for the family. Great for picnics, playing on the sand mountain and in the streams and has amazing views!
