Very knowledgeable staff, not just about the goods sold but behaviour, in my case dogs. Also as I was undecided which product was best suited, there was no pressure to "make a sale" just gave me all the options, including some behavioural tips I hadn't thought of and I have owned dogs all my life.
Always very welcoming. I don't think I've ever walked in without a staff member saying hello. I get help when I need it and told about offers. I mainly visit for buying locusts and mice, only ever had one problem where there had been no stock but was informed when the next lot would be delivered.
