Very disappointed, arrived 10 minutes early and had to wait in car as the 'physiotherapy centre' is one small room straight off the street on a campsite...But I waited, only to go into a very smelly room. On being asked to complete a medical form, I asked how it was stored and the paper copy would have gone in a less than secure metal filing cabinet that could be broken into within seconds. Fran did offer to put it straight on her tablet, which she said was encrypted but was unaware of level or type of encryption. By then I was so uncomfortable in the smelly room with a cover on the therapist table that looked less than fresh, so I decided this was not for me and left. So this review relates to the facilities and lack of security on medical details as I could not make any comment on the standard of physiotherapy.
