I bought a property from this agent last December and found them very helpful. They did not pressurise me to make an offer and were at all times polite and accommodating. They always responded quickly to any queries I had on the property. I subsequently did make an offer and as they gave me such a good impression, I decided to employ this firm to find me a tenant. Again, they did not pressurise me into doing so although they knew that it was a 'buy to let' from the outset. I was not handed extensive glossy brochures as other agents do where you are unable to find their fees and it was all done simply in writing.
