We rented 2 different properties over 9 years through Let's Accommodate and the service was excellent. If we had a problem it was dealt with quickly, they were extremely helpful and friendly whenever we contacted them - a good company to deal with.
Absolutely unprofessional and dishonest, I was letting from these people, when I moved out of the property, I made sure I cleaned the property from top to bottom, but still I was charged for cleaning!

Move on.Anyway, used Let's Accommodate as my property managers. I thought from the first time I met them in Ringwood that they were friendly and would take care of the property, more than perhaps a big chain estate agents would. Each time there was an issue, I was emailed and it was sorted, and they even offered to help me with the storage of some of my furniture in their office when my tenants no longer needed it.My one piece of advice would be to have a clear point of contact for who to contact about my property specifically but with a new office recently opened and the staff seemingly expanding, I'm sure that will come in time. Although in saying that, everyone was helpful anyway, so it wasn't a big deal.Will look to again if/when my property needs tenants next year!
Let's accommodate undertook the rental management of our house with effect from Summer 2016. I have nothing but praise for the professionalism that they have showed since this time. Very shortly after the tenant moved in there was a water leak. It was reported late pm on a Friday and fixed Saturday morning. All safety checks have been coordinated and completed as required and overall they have been first class in the management of the property. I have extensive experience of letting agents in London and Hampshire as a landlord and in both Bristol and Bath as a tenant; Let's Accommodate rate in my experience, as amongst one of the best I have experienced.
Fantastic experience so far from Let's Accommodate. I can happily say there have done all they can to help us every step of the way.The day we moved in we had an issue with the boiler and this was solved that same day. Very helpful.
