They were absolutely fantastic when my Labrador was referred urgently. Unfortunately, the cancer was aggressive. I felt they cared for me and my dog, even though we had never been before. Their handling of the insurance was speedy and efficient and took a weight off my shoulders.
Excellent service - my schnauzer saw Francesca in the neurology team, and she could not have been kinder or more persistent in investigating his symptoms. The access that the team have to the very best equipment (MRI) helped to rule out disc injury with no waiting, and the incredible knowledge and professionalism of the clinical team helped to narrow down the problems and provide a solution. The surgery was clean and bright, and the reception team were kind and provided excellent service. Highly recommended.
We took my Yorkie here today to stage her cancer. Whilst the news wasn't what we wanted, all of the staff were wonderful. They allowed me to say goodbye to her, comforted me and were both caring and professional. Everything you could want in a vet practice.
We would like to thank Andy, Lauren, their assistants and all the ladies on reception for their friendliness, care, concern for Bounce (and us!) and professionalism. At no time did we ever feel that Bounce was 'just another dog', they completely understood her importance to us and worked hard to get her back to her previous level of fitness.
We visited the centre today as our dog appears to be having heart issues. The receptionist was kind and helpful, walking us round to the cardiology department.When we spoke with the vet, he was again kind and helpful, helping to put our minds at ease as we had to leave our little girl with them for a few hours.When we came to pick her up, we were happy to see she was not scared and still wanted cuddles from the vets, making us feel very comfortable in their treatment of her.
