Nice secluded camp site in the New Forest. Next to the Red Shoot Inn. Kids play area and underfloor heating in the showers. Has an onsite shop as well. Open plan field, they do allocate but they are flexible. It also has electric hook ups in the field. Not the cheapest campsite around though but the facilities are good.
Clean campsite with reasonable shop. Clean toilets and showers with underfloor heating. Near a dog friendly pub. Only slight niggles that we felt a bit shoehorned in next to the track and had screaming kids rushing up and down on bicycles.Also shower block could really benefit some cubicles with sinks for a private wash.Apart from that, deserving of another visit.Easy parking and quiet and well lit at night.
A Golden spot, summer, Autumn or Spring. Don't dawdle life is short enough, live explore and love beneath the beauty of the New Forest.We have been coming back for years, if there exists better value for money tell me.
Always busy due to its popularity. Great food, great staff, great atmosphere. Excellent area for walkers, runners & families. Give it a try.
Stayed 7 years ago and always vowed to return! Well we did and so glad, nothing has changed nice happy bunch show you were to pitch and hook up and unless you want more help that's it. Very clean and well kept site, clean amenities. Lovely walks and of course a pub just off the site. Will return hopefully it won't take 7 years.
