Discraceful cowboy outfit. Don't trust under any circumstances, absolute liars. Take them to court if you have any issues with your vehicle (and there will be issues). Also said the car would be fully valeted when picked up and it was absolutely filthy, running on fumes.

Franky if I could give a score of 0 I would. It's very simple, you do a deal on a car with a customer, you honour it (especially given that you've received a 50% deposit). You don't back out because you've suddenly realised you've made a mistake, advertised the car AND SOLD IT before discovering that the easy fix you thought it had is actually going to cost you a fair bit more than you thought. So instead on honouring the sale agreement you'd rather back out because it's going to cost you money. As frustrated as I am with this, the worst part is the service, the attitude. If it was me I'd at least admit I made a mistake and try and sort it by helping the customer to find an alternative vehicle. But no, terrible service and would certainly not recommend doing business with them.
Excellent service I was picked up from the bus station on two occasions purchased a very reasonably priced car which was serviced and MOT'd for me consider this company if you are looking for a second hand car
From my initial viewing of the vehicle, test drive to purchase, I have been very impressed with the customer service I have received from Richard and his mechanics. Richard was very agreeable, knowledgeable and supportive, helping explain the purchasing process and keeping me informed every step of the way. The car was fully valeted when I picked it up and when it developed a very minor issue, after a few weeks, it was fixed immediately with no quibble. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using this company in the future.
