A small independently run Jaguar specialist. Hollygrove Jaguar has carried out work on both my Jaguar X-type and extensive repairs on my XJ6 series 3. Very honest and fantastic knowledge and good communication back to me as a customer. Very nice to deal with and a place I will definitely return to in the future for both normal service and bigger repairs. Would recommend to anyone.

Where do I start! Firstly, I had experience of Hollygrove Jaguar 8 or so years ago when they first did work on my XJS V12 coupe. They were slow, but did a reasonable job on suspension, braking , new gearbox and various other repairs. Fast forward to 2018 and my XJS had been in storage for 5 years and needed new paintwork. I contacted Hollygrove and they asked my to bring the car to them for an appraisal, which I did. They then asked my to bring the car in again so their bodywork guys could have a proper look at the car. I left the car with them in early May. After a few weeks I called and they said they were still waiting for the bodywork guys to look at the car. This pattern repeated for another several cycles until they finally told me that the bodywork guys had been in to look at the car and would be putting a quotation together. Two more weeks passed, and I called again. Hollygrove said they were still waiting and would call me. After several more weeks of cat and mouse they finally admitted that the bodywork guys hadn't actually seen the car and didn't know when they would be able to. I ended up picking up my car last week....3 months after leaving it with Hollygrove. So these guys had my car for 3 months, did absolutely nothing, except lie to me. They left my car for 3 months out in the open ....lucky we had a dry summer. To complete the fisaco, when I did turn up to pick up the car, I was essentially handed my keys with no explanation, no apology for wasting my time. Plus, the car had no fuel in it, so I only just made it to the nearest petrol station. I estimate I spent more than 14k with Hollygrove over the past 8 years and clearly they have lost any element of customer service they had. I have 2 more XJS's that I bought recently and all I can say is Hollygrove will never get my business again. I would recommend that others thinking of using Hollygrove ...take note. Probably the worst example of customer service I have ever seen. And the one star is only because you can't post a review for zero stars!
Great jaguar specialist! They always seem to be pretty busy but normally able to squeeze you in! Always some real classics in the workshop. Pretty secure site off a long private road. Would recommend them to any jaguar owner
Hollygrove have serviced both mine and my wife's car over the last couple of years. I have always found them to be helpful and affordable, I would definitely recommend them.
