Staff were friendly, helpful and online booking was easy to use. I booked my tyres online the day before using my car reg. Will definitely use them again
rdered 2x Michelin Pilot Sport 4 for my Audi Cabriolet. Tyres were a good price and fitted reasonably quickly, two days later a horrible noise from what sounded like the left driveshaft started and was too bad to risk driving any further so stopped the car and had it recovered, turned out the wheel nuts hadn't been done up! Not impressed.UPDATE: I was contacted by Ringwood tyres asking me to remove my review stating they've never supplied any Pilot 4's this year so wasn't them, on forwarding them a copy of the invoice I was simply told that they don't make a habit of not doing up customers wheel nuts! No offer of any compensation or a goodwill gesture for the danger they put us in or the expenses incurred because of their poor workmanship.Everyone makes mistakes sometimes but his was a huge one and my biggest gripe now is the after care, there is zero and for that reason I recommend avoiding this garage and tyre fitters.
Very rude staff. They do not keep records of service info, which shows they have stuff do hide. Be ware, use someone else if possible
