Can never get a receptionist on the phone. Can never get an appointment. Been waiting over 3 weeks for a referral letter. Thank god I am not ill too often!
Awful place!! Can never ever get an appointment when need one, receptionist are rude and un help full, we moved doctors and thankgod we have.
I am very surprised by some of the negative reviews as I have found this practice, and in particular Drs Denman, Clewer and Shaw to be very helpful, knowledgeable and caring. In the main receptionists are good but a couple could improve their attitude. All surgeries are under tremendous pressure and constraints due to 'politics' , but personally (and one can only speak from ones own experience) I consider this surgery to be excellent, and it would be nice to see people being more appreciative of the hard work our doctors do.
Utterly dreadful customer care. Unprofessional, unsympathetic and blas. Final straw was Incorrectly dispensing important medicine to a family member before a bank holiday a refused to correct it. Negligent and uncaring. New surgery is a breath of fresh air, wish we had moved years ago!
I'm amazed to read the negative reviews. I've been with this surgery for over 20 years and have always had excellent service. Never had problems getting an appointment appropriate to the urgency of my needs. Thankfully I've not needed to call on them very often but my father had several medical issues and was treated very well indeed.
