We called here today for the first time to have lunch during our Sunday drive around the New Forest from our home in Southampton, and although we hadn't booked a table in advance we were given a very warm welcome and immediately found a table suitable for my wife who uses a wheelchair. The surroundings were very pleasant and cosy, the staff were helpful and friendly, the service was very good and the food was excellent! Highly recommended, and we will be visiting this lovely place again. Thank you to all the staff!
Good ale in the heart of Ringwood. If you like your darts, they have two teams (or at least it appeared that way). Maybe wasn't the most romantic drink me and my fiance have been for, but it showed the footy and the ale was good so I was happy on that front. Plus they seemed a friendly bunch, so whilst busy it wasn't remotely intimidating.
Nice place, very busy when i went because there was a football match on, if you are not a fan, that might be an issue. That being said, the staff bent over backwards to find us a table, which they did. I had the roast chicken, which was very tasty. So, it is a nice gaff, if I am ever in ringwood again, I will pop in for a pint
