Food is generally good. Can be a bit hit and miss during busier periods, however, the staff are more than happy to replace and sort any problems. Customer service from waiting staff is normally fairly good.
Stopped here on our way to Bournemouth. Hope for a quick bite to eat but service was very slow. A very long wait to order and than an even longer wait for the food with our tummy growling. It was a Sunday evening and wasn't that busy with only 1 or 2 waitresses for a large area. Food is very cheap and this is shown in the quality. Wouldn't stop again.

Great offer, mostly great food, erratic on their own discount email offers, just be honest and they will respond. Staff very attentive, one is going the extra mile, you will notice. We go time and again.
Really great pub. Ample parking and convenient to get to as on the A31 between Ringwood and Ferndown. Great play area for kids outside. Small play area inside for rainy days. Plenty of seating and a great selection of beers and food.Two for one food is great quality. Good selection of adult and children's food. Highly recommend a visit.
