Absolutely amazing service had problem with my right eye booked an eye health appointment with them. My consultant was Bruce Fitzgerald and he spotted very quickly a retinal detachment. I have only done a handful of reviews in my time but I really wanted to take the time to say a huge thank you to Bruce for all he has done for me in the past 5 months. Due to some ongoing eye issues I am currently suffering with I have had to revisit Specsavers in Ringwood several times in just a matter of months with constantly changing prescriptions. After the professionalism shown on my first visit when I was allocated an appointment with Bruce I have since insisted on only seeing him each and every time as he has continually gone above and beyond by helping me understand the issues, advising on my particular condition and taking the time to alleviate my concerns with a variety of eye issues. Having him as an optometrist spend the additional time to explain some rather difficult conditions, suggesting numerous solutions to help manage it and make me feel comfortable enough to ask as many questions as needed without ever feeling rushed or time pressured is in itself a massive help so thank you!
I had my eyes checked at a different opticians but I wont mention the name. I wasn't happy with the grading that I was prescribed because every time I wear my glasses it gives me a headache. So I went to Spec Savers in Ringwood for a re test and was seen by Bruce Fitzgerald who was very attentive, gentle and caring and very thorough with his work. He took his time. Very nice man. He prescribed me with the right grade for my glasses and Im very happy with the result. I would highly recommend him to anyone. In fact, I have done already.
Having attended Specsavers in Ringwood for a full eye test over many years, I am extremely happy and fortunate to have Mr Bruce Fitzgerald as my optometrist. My level of eyesight is pretty grim so I am really pleased to have found someone so caring and professional in dealing with my medical issues. I attended an appointment recently to have my sight checked at Ringwood Specsavers. The shop has had a makeover since I was last there, the colour scheme is very fresh and inviting and the waiting area seems far more spacious. I had 3 checks before seeing the optometrist, Bruce Fitzgerald and a field test afterwards. All very impressive. I was shown the pictures of my retinas from previous years and could compare them with the latest pictures. All of this was very comforting to know that my eyes are in a healthy state. Bruce is very professional and takes the time to offer a first class service. Thank you.
