Today I heard the best news I've heard in a very long time truth and justice has prevailed one of my 3 complaints has been dealt with today thank you Anne Jeffries thank you all the hospital thank you reception staff and thank you. Doctor that's one down two to go I know which way this is going to go I'm all about facts so I know I won't go wrong
