Thankfully I have had very little illness since moving here 17 years ago. My interactions with the doctors have been absolutely fine. But appointment-making is a real chore, the reception staff seem brusque and uninterested, and their communication with the Brett's Pharmacy is very inefficient.I wonder if this place is really just set-up to service 'the regulars' ... and they prefer to shunt the rest of us off to Poulner.
